RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every product you purchase from BrightwoodCraft. If you face any issue, we’re here to help.

📦 Return Eligibility

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged or broken on arrival
  • You received a different item than what was ordered
  • The product has a manufacturing defect

Customers must provide photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product for verification.

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Since many of our products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalized gifts
  • Custom name photo frames
  • Customized cake toppers
  • Custom-made décor pieces
  • Any product modified based on your request

These items are only eligible for a replacement if damaged during delivery.

🔁 Replacement Process

  1. Email us at support@brightwoodcraft.com
  2. Attach images/videos of the issue
  3. Our quality team will review it within 24–48 hours
  4. A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost

💳 Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method
  • It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank/wallet

(Refunds are not applicable on COD orders unless decided by customer support.)
