RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to love every product you purchase from BrightwoodCraft. If you face any issue, we’re here to help.
📦 Return Eligibility
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:
- The product is damaged or broken on arrival
- You received a different item than what was ordered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
Customers must provide photos or video of the damaged/incorrect product for verification.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Since many of our products are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Personalized gifts
- Custom name photo frames
- Customized cake toppers
- Custom-made décor pieces
- Any product modified based on your request
These items are only eligible for a replacement if damaged during delivery.
🔁 Replacement Process
- Email us at support@brightwoodcraft.com
- Attach images/videos of the issue
- Our quality team will review it within 24–48 hours
- A replacement will be shipped at no extra cost
💳 Refund Process
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method
- It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your bank/wallet
(Refunds are not applicable on COD orders unless decided by customer support.)
